Events and Tourism Internship in Madrid

We are looking for a tourism/hospitality student for a 3 month internship in a destination management company in Madrid, Spain.

We are looking for an intern that wants to learn about incentive travel, meetings, incentives, and congress and events industry.

Language skills are highly valued and you should have the ability to work in a team environment, be willing to learn and have a positive attitude and work ethic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on PowerPoint, is a requirement.

Job tasks would include:
- Making presentations in PowerPoint for the group departments
- Assisting in office tasks, such as researching venues and hotels
- Helping to co-ordinate information searches and requests from clients
- Receiving client requests and put together full proposals under the supervision of a Senior Account Manager
